I lived in their flat for one year in Vienna. The team is really helpful, and reliable. The flat was good, it was equipped with everything what can be used in a household. Sure, the furnitures can broke sometimes (if anybody doesn’t care on them), but they repair everything, and solve all of the problems in a few days, if you notify them. I would recommend them for everybody to rent a room.

I would recommended Colivi to everyone! First I rented a room on a campus but Colivi could offer me a room! Lived in the 7th district and the room was perfect!! Fast and good service from Colivi!

Had a great experience with Colivi! The location was really nice, the neighborhood is calm and close to the city. The apartment is also cool, fully equipped kitchen and the room itself, no need to buy anything which is really good, especially if you are planning to stay short time.

Great service
Initially, I was a bit hesitant about moving into a place based solely on online pictures. However, everything worked out exceptionally well—I ended up extending my initial contract because the housing was excellent and the service very good. Overall, the experience was frictionless. The one time we needed a plumber, it was taken care of the same day by Colivi with no effort required from us.

I rented a room in an apartment in the center of Vienna through CoLivi for 3 months (Blindengasse 8). I'm very happy and appreciative. The apartment is near Trams and the Subway just only 2-3 minutes. Many supermarkets are around with only 3-5 minutes walking. The apartment is clean with all the amenities I needed. The CoLivi team was amazing and professional, always available to help with any questions. I would choose CoLivi again in the future, and I highly recommend them as a reliable option for anyone looking for housing in Vienna.
