This nice flat is located directly at one of Vienna’s best known and old institutions – the Naschmarkt. Vienna’s best-known market has around 120 market stands and restaurants for a huge culinary offering ranging from Viennese to Brazilian, from Japanese to Italian. The Naschmarkt has developed into a meeting point for young and old. Also the Flea Market on Saturday is must for all people living in Vienna.

The flat is a little bit old fashioned but very light. It has a functional kitchen, where you can kick back with your flatmates and cook together. It is in 100m walking distance to the U4 stop “Kettenbrückengasse” which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes.

The room has old walls with some stains but all the furniture is brand new. With a comfortable double bed, a big sofa, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing-machine, hair drier (and much more), you will have everything you need.
